An ATS job board is the practical middle ground between searching every company career page yourself and relying on a broad job aggregator. It brings public roles from systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, and SmartRecruiters into one shortlist. You still apply on the real company posting after you tailor your CV.

Job Radar matches the same career profile used by the resume agent against live public ATS postings. You run “Find jobs for me.” The board filters the corpus, ranks the results, and scores the shortlist in the same way a tailored CV is read against a job. You receive an email when the board is ready.

What an ATS job board actually collects

Many companies publish jobs through an applicant tracking system, or ATS. The system hosts the career page, the job description, and the application form. The page may use a company domain or a hosted ATS domain, but it is still the source used to accept applications.

An ATS job board brings these public pages into one corpus. It is different from a social network feed or a general aggregator that may mix company pages, reposts, expired listings, and third-party listings. The point is source clarity. You can inspect the role and follow it back to the live application page.

The Job Radar corpus includes public postings from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, and similar career pages. The snapshot dated 2026-09-15 contained 579,828 active public ATS postings. The workplace mix across the full corpus was:

Workplace typeShare of the full corpus
Onsite65%
Hybrid17%
Remote18%

The corpus also includes boards powered by Breezy, Teamtailor, Recruitee, Rippling, Pinpoint, Personio, BambooHR, and Join. This does not mean every result is a match for every candidate. Your profile, location, work preference, and the wording of the posting affect the shortlist.

A broad job site is useful when you want a large discovery surface. It can also create extra work. You may need to check whether a listing is current, find the original employer page, remove duplicates, and compare roles that use different titles for similar work.

Job Radar does not ingest LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or Workday. It focuses on live public ATS postings and similar company career pages. That gives you a narrower source rule. It also means you should not expect every job published on a third-party site to appear on the board.

The difference is simple:

Search methodMain sourceWhat you do next
General job aggregatorMixed listings and employer sourcesCheck freshness and locate the original posting
Social job feedUser profiles, company posts, and linksOpen the linked page and verify the application route
ATS job boardPublic company career pages and ATS-hosted postingsReview the match, open the source, tailor, and apply

This approach suits you if you want company career-page roles and do not want to build a spreadsheet of separate employer searches.

How Job Radar ranks a shortlist

The process starts with your career profile. That profile can include the facts used to write and tailor your CV. Job Radar compares it with the job postings in the public corpus. It then filters, ranks, and scores the shortlist.

The score is a fit signal for your tailored CV. It is not a hiring decision. It is not a Workday number. It is not a Greenhouse number. Do not treat it as an employer cutoff or a guarantee of an interview.

Location also affects the results. The board prefers your candidate city. Remote roles remain in the results only when the posting looks hireable in that country. This helps reduce the number of remote listings that do not match your location.

You can also open the chat to browse jobs already on your board. Chat does not start a new corpus search. If you need new results, use “Find jobs for me” again when that option is available to you.

What a result card should help you decide

A useful card answers three questions quickly:

  1. Does the role match the work you want?
  2. Does the location or remote rule fit your situation?
  3. Is the match strong enough to justify tailoring your CV?

The card connects you to the real public posting. Use that link to read the complete job description, confirm the employer, check the closing status, and submit the application. The board is a discovery and matching layer. It is not the application form.

Do not copy a keyword into your CV only because it appears in the posting. Use terms that accurately describe your experience. For a practical guide, see ATS Keywords: How to Match the Job Without Stuffing.

A safe workflow from match to application

Start with the shortlist, then work one posting at a time. The goal is a CV that reflects the role without adding facts you cannot support.

1. Open the source posting

Read the complete page, not only the preview. Confirm the location, work arrangement, seniority, closing details, and application instructions. Check whether the public posting is still active.

2. Compare the role with your profile

Separate requirements into facts you have, facts you can explain, and gaps. Keep the gaps visible. Do not claim missing experience, tools, qualifications, or responsibilities.

3. Tailor the CV

Use the employer's language when it accurately describes your background. Place relevant experience where a reader can find it. Keep dates, titles, and outcomes consistent with your source facts.

If you are applying through the paid CV flow, you can upload a resume, optionally add a LinkedIn URL, keep the existing layout or choose a built-in template, and paste a job description or job link. The CV is written from your profile facts only. You can then review the ATS read against that job and export a PDF. The trial lasts seven days and does not require a card.

On a readable Pro match, Generate CV can start this flow from the result. That saves a manual copy and paste step, but you still need to check the document against the real posting.

4. Check the final file

Use a clear file name. Open the PDF. Check that text can be selected, headings are readable, and no page is cut off. A public checker can identify possible gaps. It cannot reproduce the employer's system.

For one-posting checks, the ATS resume checker accepts a resume PDF and pasted job description. It reports a match score, missing keywords, and gaps. The PDF is scanned for the result and is not saved to an account. The result is not a Workday or Greenhouse score.

Free and Pro access

The free option includes one promotional search, 10 cards, and five readable cards. The remaining cards are locked. This is enough to test whether the source mix and matching approach fit your search.

Pro includes the first run plus daily new unique jobs, up to 50 readable jobs, and Generate CV on a match. The board continues to use the public ATS corpus and your profile. It does not turn the score into an employer ATS result.

If you want to set up your profile before searching, start at YourUnique.cv or sign up. Keep your profile factual. A better match comes from accurate information, not from adding skills you do not have.

Apply-today checklist

Use this list for each role you decide to pursue:

  • Open the card and visit the real company or ATS posting.
  • Confirm the posting is active and the location fits.
  • Check the workplace type: onsite, hybrid, or remote.
  • Read the full requirements and separate matches from gaps.
  • Tailor the CV using only accurate profile facts.
  • Check relevant wording without stuffing keywords.
  • Export and open the final PDF before uploading it.
  • Follow the application instructions on the source page.
  • Save the role, version of the CV, and submission date.
  • Use Job Radar again to find the next live company-career-page match.

An ATS job board works best when it shortens discovery time without replacing your judgment. Let the board find and rank public roles. Let the company page provide the final details. Then apply with a CV that matches the job and stays true to your experience.

Questions

What is an ATS job board?
An ATS job board collects public job postings from company career pages powered by systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, and SmartRecruiters, then puts those roles into a searchable shortlist.
Does an ATS job board replace the company application page?
No. The board helps you find and compare a role. You should open the linked real posting, tailor your CV, and submit the application on the company career page.
How does Job Radar find jobs?
[Job Radar](https://yourunique.cv/job-radar) matches your career profile against live public ATS postings, ranks and scores a shortlist, and emails you when the board is ready. It does not ingest LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or Workday.
Is the Job Radar score the same as a Workday or Greenhouse score?
No. The score is a tailored-CV read against the job description. It is not an employer's Workday, Greenhouse, or other ATS score.
Can I check one posting before applying?
Yes. The [ATS resume checker](https://yourunique.cv/free-tools/ats-resume-checker) compares a resume PDF with a pasted job description, showing a match score, missing keywords, and gaps. It does not prove what an employer's system will score.
