The edited bullet stays close to the evidence. If you can verify a time saving or error reduction, add it. If you cannot, do not manufacture one. A stronger version might be:

Use that version only if the four-hour and two-hour figures are true.

AI tells to delete or rewrite

Scan the draft for these warning signs:

• "Results-driven professional" without proof of results.
• "Leveraged" when a plain verb such as used, built, analyzed, or prepared is clearer.
• "Spearheaded" when you supported or participated in the work.
• "Proven track record" without a measurable example.
• "Dynamic," "passionate," "strategic," or "innovative" used as decoration.
• "Responsible for" followed by a duty with no action or outcome.
• Repeated claims about communication, teamwork, or leadership that lack evidence.
• Metrics that were not in your source resume.
• Tools or certifications copied from the job description without proof.
• A summary that could describe almost any applicant.

Replace vague claims with an action, object, and result when the result is known. For example, change "responsible for client communication" to "responded to 40 to 60 client inquiries per week through email and phone." Use this only when the volume is accurate.
