greenhouse lever ashby jobs are easiest to find through the public career pages that host them. Use [Job Radar](https://yourunique.cv/job-radar) to match your career profile against live postings from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and similar ATS boards. Then open the original company posting from the result card and apply there.

This is a different search route from a LinkedIn scrape or an Easy Apply feed. The source is the company’s public career page. The posting URL is the company board or a job page connected to that board.

## What Job Radar searches

You start by running Find jobs for me. [Job Radar](https://yourunique.cv/job-radar) uses the same career profile that the resume agent uses. It filters the public posting corpus, ranks a shortlist, and scores the matches in the same way it scores a tailored CV against a job.

The result is a board of job cards. Each card is a match, not a promise of an interview. Open the card to review the role, confirm the location and work arrangement, and follow the posting URL to the source.

The public corpus snapshot from September 15, 2026 contained 579,828 active ATS postings. The workplace mix across the full corpus was:

| Workplace type | Share of full corpus |
|---|---:|
| Onsite | 65% |
| Hybrid | 17% |
| Remote | 18% |

The corpus includes public boards powered by Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Ashby, Lever, Breezy, Teamtailor, Recruitee, Rippling, Pinpoint, Personio, BambooHR, and Join.

The snapshot provides the total corpus size, but it does not provide a separate posting count for each ATS. Do not treat the list above as a ranking by volume. It is a list of the live source types included in the snapshot.

## Source table: what each ATS means here

| Public ATS source | Included in the snapshot | Separate source count provided? |
|---|---|---|
| Greenhouse | Yes | No |
| Lever | Yes | No |
| Ashby | Yes | No |
| SmartRecruiters | Yes | No |
| Workable | Yes | No |
| Breezy | Yes | No |
| Teamtailor | Yes | No |
| Recruitee | Yes | No |
| Rippling | Yes | No |
| Pinpoint | Yes | No |
| Personio | Yes | No |
| BambooHR | Yes | No |
| Join | Yes | No |
| All listed public ATS postings | Yes | 579,828 total in the snapshot |

This matters because “search all ATS jobs” does not mean every employer uses the same system. Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby are separate platforms. Their page layouts, application steps, and fields can differ. [Job Radar](https://yourunique.cv/job-radar) brings matches from these public sources into one board, so you can review them without checking every career page manually.

## Why LinkedIn and Workday are absent

The source rule is simple: [Job Radar](https://yourunique.cv/job-radar) searches live public ATS career pages. It does not ingest LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or Workday.

That keeps the search focused on company-hosted or company-connected public postings. LinkedIn is a professional network and job distribution channel. Indeed and Naukri are job boards. Workday is an ATS and career-site system, but it is outside this product’s search corpus.

The absence of a source does not mean its jobs do not exist. It means those listings are not part of the board you receive from this search. If a role appears on LinkedIn but has no matching public page in the supported corpus, you will not see it in Job Radar.

Do not read the match score as an employer ATS score. It is not a Greenhouse number, a Workday number, or a score from any other employer system. It is a match based on your profile and the posting, followed by a tailored-CV style read.

## How locations and remote roles are handled

Job Radar prefers your candidate city when filtering and ranking results. That helps put nearby roles in front of you instead of treating every location as interchangeable.

Remote roles receive an additional location check. A remote posting stays in the results only when the posting looks hireable in your country. “Remote” does not always mean worldwide. An employer may limit hiring by country, region, payroll setup, or work authorization. Check the original posting before you spend time applying.

The full corpus was 65% onsite, 17% hybrid, and 18% remote in the snapshot. Your personal results will vary based on your city, profile, and preferences.

## How to open a company posting from a Radar card

Use this process for every role you want to pursue:

- Open the matched card in [Job Radar](https://yourunique.cv/job-radar).
- Read the job title, employer, location, and workplace type shown on the card.
- Check the match details before deciding whether the role fits.
- Select the posting link on the card.
- Confirm that the destination is the public company career page or its connected application page.
- Read the complete job description at the source.
- Check country, city, remote rules, employment type, and application instructions.
- Compare the source posting with the card. Use the source as the final reference if details have changed.
- Apply through the company posting when the role fits.
- Save the URL and application date for your records.

The card is a starting point. The original posting is the place to verify the current requirements and submit your application.

## Use the posting to improve your application

A strong match is useful only if your application reflects the work you have actually done. Read the source job description and identify the exact tools, skills, responsibilities, and phrases that describe your background.

Do not add a skill because it appears in the posting. Add it only when you can support it with real experience, a project, or another truthful part of your profile.

For a single posting, the [job description keyword extractor](https://yourunique.cv/free-tools/job-description-keyword-extractor) can list must-haves, tools, and nice-to-haves. You can optionally upload a resume PDF to mark which terms already appear in the file. It helps you inspect the text. It does not rewrite your CV or prove what an employer’s ATS will do.

You can also read [CV Keywords Scanner: Pull Them From the Job Post and Place Them](https://yourunique.cv/articles/cv-keywords-scanner) for a practical way to place relevant terms in a resume. [Adding Keywords to Resume: Exact Tool Names, Skills, and Phrases ATS Searches](https://yourunique.cv/articles/adding-keywords-to-resume) covers the same task in more detail. Keep every edit tied to facts you can defend.

If you want a resume-to-posting comparison, the [resume vs job match tool](https://yourunique.cv/free-tools/resume-job-match) reports overlapping skills and gaps from a resume PDF and job description. Its result is a planning aid. It is not an employer ATS score.

## Free and Pro access

The free option includes one promotional search. It returns 10 cards, with 5 readable and the rest locked.

Pro includes the first run plus daily new unique jobs, with up to 50 readable results. Pro users can also use Generate CV on a readable match. That starts the CV flow from the matched role. The CV is written from profile facts only, then checked against the job description.

Chat can browse jobs already on your board. It does not start a new corpus search. If you want new matches, run the search process again through the available Job Radar flow.

You can [sign up or start the trial](https://yourunique.cv/sign-up) without a card for the 7-day trial. You can keep your uploaded resume layout or choose a built-in template, add a job description or job link, and export the finished CV as a PDF. The free tools scan documents and postings. They do not rewrite the CV.

## Questions

### What are greenhouse lever ashby jobs?

They are roles published on public career pages powered by Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar applicant tracking systems. The posting URL leads to the company career board rather than a LinkedIn listing.

### Does Job Radar search LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or Workday?

No. [Job Radar](https://yourunique.cv/job-radar) searches public ATS career pages and does not ingest LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or Workday.

### Is the Job Radar score the employer's Greenhouse or Workday score?

No. Job Radar matches your career profile to a posting and scores the shortlist like a tailored CV read. It is not the score produced by an employer's Greenhouse, Workday, or another ATS.

### Can I open the original company posting from a Radar card?

Yes. Open the card and follow its posting link. The URL is the public company career-page posting, where you can check the full details and apply.

### Can I generate a CV for a matched job?

Pro users can use Generate CV on a readable match. The CV is written from profile facts, then checked against that job description. It does not add experience or skills that are missing from your profile.
