Start with [Job Radar](https://yourunique.cv/job-radar) if you want live roles from company career pages rather than a LinkedIn scrape. The corpus snapshot from September 15, 2026 contains 579,828 active public ATS postings. The source boards include Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Ashby, Lever, Breezy, Teamtailor, Recruitee, Rippling, Pinpoint, Personio, BambooHR, Join, and similar public career pages. It does not ingest LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or Workday.

## What Job Radar does

[Job Radar](https://yourunique.cv/job-radar) is a job search layer built around your career profile. You do not start with a generic keyword query and sort through every result. The system uses your profile to find roles that fit your background, location, and stated preferences.

The flow has three parts:

Each card receives a match score based on the same type of tailored-CV read used for a job-specific CV. This helps you compare roles consistently. It is not the employer's Workday, Greenhouse, or other ATS score. An employer may use different rules, screening questions, or review steps.

Chat can browse jobs that are already on your board. It does not start a new corpus search. Use Find jobs for me when you want the system to create or refresh the board.

## Which job boards are included?

The public corpus includes postings from several ATS platforms and company career pages. The named sources in the snapshot are:

- Pinpoint
- Personio
- BambooHR
- Join

This source mix is different from a social network feed. Job Radar reads public ATS postings. It does not claim to cover every job on the internet, and it does not pull from LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or Workday.

The full corpus workplace mix in the September 15, 2026 snapshot was 65% onsite, 17% hybrid, and 18% remote. Treat those figures as a view of the full corpus, not a promise about your shortlist. Your profile, city, role type, and location rules change what you see.

## How a search works

First, check your profile. Use clear role history, locations, work preferences, and skills you actually have. Your profile controls the search and also supplies the facts for later CV generation. If the profile is vague or out of date, the cards will be less useful.

Next, select **Find jobs for me**. Job Radar filters the available public postings, ranks the results, and scores the shortlist. It then emails you when the board is ready.

Open the readable cards. Check the title, employer location, work arrangement, requirements, and match explanation. Do not treat the score as an automatic apply decision. A lower-scoring role may still fit your goals. A high-scoring role may have a location rule or application question that needs attention.

## Location rules matter

Job Radar prefers the candidate city in the profile. Keep that city current. A city change can change which postings are practical for you.

Remote does not mean worldwide. Job Radar keeps a remote posting only when the posting looks hireable in that country. A role can be labelled remote and still require a specific country, work authorization, payroll setup, or time zone. Read the posting before applying.

The same rule applies to hybrid and onsite work. A match score cannot remove a commute, relocation need, or country restriction. Treat the location shown on the card as a screening item, not a minor detail.

## From a readable match to a tailored CV

When a readable Pro match is worth pursuing, select Generate CV. The flow starts from your profile facts. You can upload a resume, optionally provide a LinkedIn URL, keep your current layout, or choose a built-in template. You then provide a job description or job link.

The CV is written from the facts in your profile. It should not invent a degree, skill, employer, result, or length of experience. After generation, the system provides an ATS read against that job description, including a score out of 100, an area table, and gaps. You can export the result as a PDF.

The score is a tailored comparison, not an employer ATS result. Use the gaps as a review list. If a gap is a real requirement you do not meet, do not claim it. If the experience is present but unclear in your profile, improve the wording only when it stays accurate.
