Daily job matches are useful when you want a continuing stream of live company career-page roles, not a one-time list or a LinkedIn scrape. On Job Radar, you run Find jobs for me once. It filters the public job corpus, ranks a shortlist against your career profile, and scores the matches in the same way a tailored CV is scored against a job description. You receive an email when the board is ready.
The free option gives you one promo search, 10 cards, and 5 readable cards. Pro includes the first run plus daily new unique jobs, up to 50 readable matches, and Generate CV on a match. The main difference is continuity. Free helps you test the board. Pro keeps checking for new, non-duplicate opportunities.
What Pro refresh actually adds
Pro does not mean that the system invents a fixed number of jobs every morning. The number of new cards depends on what enters the public ATS sources, how closely those jobs fit your profile, location rules, and whether you already saw or dismissed the posting.
The result is a stream of new unique matches rather than a repeated list. If no suitable new posting appears, you should not expect a made-up daily quota. A smaller refresh can be the correct result.
The corpus snapshot dated 2026-09-15 contained 579,828 active public ATS postings. Sources included Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Ashby, Lever, Breezy, Teamtailor, Recruitee, Rippling, Pinpoint, Personio, BambooHR, and Join, along with similar public career pages. Job Radar does not ingest LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or Workday.
The score is a matching aid. It is not a Workday score, a Greenhouse score, or a score produced by an employer's applicant tracking system. Read the posting, confirm the requirements, and decide whether the role fits your actual experience.
Free versus Pro
| Feature | Free | Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Initial search | One promo search | First run included |
| Result cards | 10 cards | Up to 50 readable cards |
| Readable matches | 5 readable, remaining cards locked | Up to 50 readable |
| Ongoing refresh | No daily refresh | Daily new unique jobs |
| New result handling | Test the initial board | Earlier matches and dismissals stay excluded |
| CV action | No stated rewrite flow from the board | Generate CV on a readable match |
| Email when the board is ready | Email when the board is ready |
Free is enough to see how your profile performs against live public ATS postings. Pro is the better fit when you want to check for new roles during an active search without starting from scratch each time.

What “fresh today” means
Fresh does not mean every card was posted in the last 24 hours. It means the job is a new unique match for your board since earlier results. A posting may have been published earlier but become relevant to the current refresh, or it may have newly appeared in the public source.
Three rules matter:
- A previous match is not treated as new again.
- A job you dismissed stays excluded from later refreshes.
- A refresh only returns jobs that pass the matching and filtering process.
This prevents the same attractive title from taking over your board. It also means that your first run can contain more visible options than a later refresh. That is expected. The board is tracking what you have already seen, not resetting every day.
The system prefers your candidate city. Remote jobs remain in the results only when the posting looks hireable in that country. Do not assume that a remote label means worldwide hiring. Check the posting for location, work authorization, and any country limits before applying.
The full corpus is mixed by workplace type. The snapshot showed 65% onsite, 17% hybrid, and 18% remote. If you select a narrow location or expect remote-only results, the board may be smaller than the full source pool.

A week-in-the-life routine for new cards
A daily refresh only helps if you process the board. Use this routine instead of opening every card without a decision.
Monday: review the first board
- Open the email when the board is ready.
- Read the strongest matches first.
- Check location, workplace type, and country eligibility.
- Save roles that fit your real background.
- Dismiss roles that are clearly wrong so they do not return.
Tuesday through Thursday: check what changed
- Look for new unique cards, not yesterday's titles.
- Open the source posting from the card.
- Confirm that the role is still active.
- Compare the must-have requirements with your career profile.
- Apply to roles where your evidence is clear.
- Keep a short note on the application date and source page.
Friday: clean the board
- Review saved matches that you did not apply to.
- Dismiss roles you no longer want.
- Check whether a location preference is excluding too much.
- Decide whether your profile needs an update before the next run.
- Remove duplicate notes from your own tracking sheet.
Weekend: avoid busywork
- Do not ask chat to start a new search. Chat can browse jobs already on the board, but it cannot begin a new corpus search.
- Do not treat the score as an employer decision.
- Do not add a skill to your CV only because a posting mentions it.
- Prepare applications for the best readable matches instead.
When to wait and when to rerun
With Pro, wait for the daily refresh when your profile, city, and target direction are still accurate. A daily refresh is designed to find new unique jobs without repeating your earlier board.
Consider a new run or profile update when something meaningful changes. For example, you may change your target city, add genuine experience, or decide that onsite and hybrid roles are acceptable after previously focusing on remote work. A changed profile can change the set of roles that fit.
Do not rerun simply because you disliked the first few cards. First inspect why they missed. The issue may be location, workplace type, seniority, or a mismatch between your profile and the jobs you want. Repeating the same setup may produce another version of the same problem.
Wait when:
- You already have readable matches to review.
- Your profile and location are unchanged.
- You have not applied to the strongest current roles.
- You are checking only to force a larger number of cards.
Review your setup before rerunning when:
- The board is consistently outside your target city.
- Remote results do not appear eligible in your country.
- The roles fit a different career direction than the one in your profile.
- Your current resume no longer reflects your actual experience.
If you are testing one specific posting rather than waiting for new matches, use the job description keyword extractor. It lists must-haves, tools, and nice-to-haves, and can mark which keywords already appear in your resume PDF. It cannot prove that an employer's ATS will assign the same result. Do not add skills you do not have.
What to do with a readable match
Read the complete job description before using the match score as a reason to apply. Confirm the employer's location rules, work arrangement, eligibility requirements, and application instructions. Then compare the role with your own evidence.
Pro users can select Generate CV on a readable match. That starts the CV flow from the selected job. The CV is written from profile facts only. You can keep your uploaded layout or select a built-in template, then export a PDF after the flow. The generated CV gets an ATS read against that job description, with a score out of 100, an area table, and gaps.
That process does not turn missing experience into real experience. It helps you express relevant facts clearly. You still need to edit claims, dates, and examples by hand.
For practical CV decisions, Job Scanner: How to Test, Read the Score, and Fix What Matters explains how to read a match result without treating it as a hiring verdict.
Apply-today checklist
- Open Job Radar and run Find jobs for me.
- Read the email when your board is ready.
- Separate new unique cards from roles you already saw.
- Check city, workplace type, country eligibility, and posting status.
- Read the full source posting before applying.
- Dismiss jobs that are clearly wrong.
- Apply to the strongest readable match today.
- Use Generate CV on a readable match if Pro is active and your profile facts support the role.
- Wait for the next daily refresh when your setup is still accurate.
- Update your profile before rerunning if your target, city, or genuine experience changed.
Daily job matches work best as a review habit. Let the board remove repeats, then spend your time checking the source posting and submitting applications that your real background supports.
Questions
- What does fresh today mean for daily job matches?
- Fresh today means a new unique posting has entered the board since earlier results. Prior matches and dismissed jobs remain excluded, so a refresh does not repeat the same cards.
- Does Job Radar search LinkedIn or Indeed?
- No. Job Radar matches public ATS postings and company career pages. It does not ingest LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or Workday.
- Can chat find new jobs that are not on my board?
- No. Chat can browse jobs already on your Job Radar board, but it does not start a new corpus search.
- How do I get daily job matches?
- Use [Job Radar](https://yourunique.cv/job-radar) and run Find jobs for me. Pro includes the first run plus daily new unique jobs, with up to 50 readable matches and Generate CV on a match.
- Can I test one posting before using daily matches?
- Yes. Use the [ATS resume checker](https://yourunique.cv/free-tools/ats-resume-checker) to upload a resume PDF and paste a job description. It reports a match score, missing keywords, and gaps, but it is not an employer Workday or Greenhouse score.
