Start with the repeated requirements, then verify each one against the specific posting. In a live snapshot, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript appeared far more often than any other frontend requirements. Your CV should make real evidence for those skills easy to find.
The figures below come from a Job Radar corpus snapshot dated 2026-09-15. The wider corpus had 579,828 active postings. The Frontend Developer slice had 884 active titles. A random sample of 50 job descriptions was used for the skill percentages. This is a view of public company career pages, not a LinkedIn scrape.
The short answer: what employers repeat most
These are patterns in the sample, not universal employer rules. A percentage means the requirement appeared in that share of the 50 sampled postings.

React, TypeScript, and JavaScript form the clearest cluster. If you have used them, put them in your skills section and connect them to work in your experience bullets. Do not rely on a keyword list alone.
The next group is more selective. Git and Agile appeared often enough to check early. Next.js, Figma, REST APIs, and CI/CD may matter for the particular role. React Native, AWS, and Playwright appeared less often in this sample, but a specific posting may still treat one of them as important.

Workplace patterns in the live slice
The work arrangement was mixed. That matters when you set a location preference and decide which cards to read first.

Onsite was the largest group at 43%. Hybrid followed at 29%. Remote roles made up 27%. These figures describe the role slice, not a promise that every city will have the same mix.
Frequent locations in the slice included San Francisco with 23 postings, London with 22, Remote with 17, Seoul with 12, Bengaluru with 10, Singapore, Singapore, Singapore with 10, United States with 10, and Poland with 9. Location labels can be inconsistent across career pages, so read the work arrangement and country details on each card.
The ATS sources in this slice were Ashby with 224 postings, Greenhouse with 198, SmartRecruiters with 161, Workable with 99, Lever with 85, and Teamtailor with 28. These are public career-page sources. They are not a complete list of every system used by employers.

How to turn the requirements into CV evidence
A requirement becomes useful on your CV when a reader can see what you built, changed, or supported. Use a specific project or work example. Add a metric only when you can defend it.
Here are five generic examples. The metrics are illustrative. Replace them with your own results or remove them.

- Used JavaScript and REST APIs to improve a data-loading flow, cutting average page response time by 35%.
- Worked with Git and Agile delivery practices across a six-person team, helping complete 18 planned tickets in one sprint cycle.
- Used Next.js and Figma specifications to implement responsive pages, increasing completed checkout sessions by 12%.
- Added CI/CD checks and Playwright coverage for a frontend workflow, reducing repeated manual release checks from 40 minutes to 15.
These bullets do three jobs. They name the relevant skill. They state the action. They show an outcome. They also give the reader a reason to believe the keyword belongs to your background.
Do not copy a sample bullet if you did not do the work. Do not claim React Native, AWS, Figma, or any other skill without evidence. A missing skill is better than an inaccurate claim.
Experience level and education signals
When a sampled post stated years of experience, the median was 5. Only 56% of sampled posts mentioned years. That median is a description of the sample, not an employer cutoff and not a rule for deciding whether to apply.
Education and license language was scattered. No single education phrase reached 10% of the sample. Do not add a degree requirement to your own screening process unless the specific job description asks for one.
This is useful when you scan. A role that mentions a number of years is asking for a signal about scope or experience. It does not automatically reject every candidate below that number. Read the rest of the posting and compare its actual requirements with your evidence.

How to tailor one Frontend Developer application
