Start with the answer: to match resume to jobs from live company career pages, use Job Radar. It compares your career profile with a filtered shortlist of public ATS postings, then ranks and scores the matches. You do not need to search LinkedIn results one page at a time.

The score is a hire-fit read against each posting. It is not a keyword overlap toy, and it is not an employer's Workday or Greenhouse score. Use it to decide which roles deserve a closer read and which applications to skip.

Your career profile is the input. It is the same profile used by the resume agent. You run Find jobs for me, and the system searches its public ATS corpus, filters the results, ranks a shortlist, and scores the postings against your profile. You receive an email when the board is ready.

The corpus snapshot from September 15, 2026 contained 579,828 active public ATS postings. Sources included Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Ashby, Lever, Breezy, Teamtailor, Recruitee, Rippling, Pinpoint, Personio, BambooHR, and Join, along with similar company career pages.

This is a company-career-page search. Job Radar does not ingest LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or Workday. That distinction matters if you want live public ATS roles rather than a feed assembled from a professional network or a large job board.

The workplace mix across the full corpus snapshot was 65% onsite, 17% hybrid, and 18% remote. The system prefers your city. Remote roles remain in the results only when the posting appears hireable in your country. That prevents a remote label from automatically turning into a usable application.

You can test one posting manually. That is useful when you already have a target role. It is slower when you want to find new roles across many company career pages.

For a single posting, use Resume vs Job Match. Upload your resume PDF and paste the JD. It can identify overlapping skills and gaps. Do not add a skill merely because the tool reports it as missing. A gap is a review point, not permission to claim experience you do not have.

If you want to inspect the wording of one JD before comparing it with your resume, the job description keyword extractor lists must-haves, tools, and nice-to-haves. Its optional resume scan marks which terms already appear in your file. It does not search for jobs.

What the match score tells you

Treat the score as a sorting signal. A higher score means the posting is a stronger fit for the facts in your profile as read against that job. A lower score tells you to inspect the gaps before spending time on an application.

The score does not guarantee an interview. It does not reproduce an employer's ATS decision. It also does not replace your check of location, work authorization, seniority, compensation, schedule, or application instructions.

Read the posting behind the score. Confirm that:

  • The location works for you.
  • The working arrangement is acceptable.
  • You meet the requirements you actually claim.
  • The role fits your target direction.
  • The application link is live and leads to the company or ATS page.

A match can still be wrong for your situation. A lower score can still be worth applying to when the posting is a strong career move and your profile supports the main requirements. Use the score to set the order of work, not to make an automatic decision.

How a result card should help you decide

A useful result card gives you enough information to choose the next action without opening every posting blindly. The card can be read like this:

FieldExample displayWhat you check
CompanyCompany nameIs this an employer you want to investigate?
LocationCity, hybrid, onsite, or remoteDoes the arrangement work for you?
ScoreMatch scoreHow high should this role sit in your review order?
PostingRole title and public ATS linkIs the job still active and is the application path clear?
ActionOpen, review, or applyWhat is the next step after reading the details?

The exact company and role shown will depend on your profile, city, and the live corpus at search time. Do not treat a card as a complete application decision. Open the posting and read the requirements.

A practical workflow for better matches

1. Start with accurate profile facts

Your profile should reflect the work you have actually done. Include your real role history, tools, responsibilities, and outcomes. Do not add a technology, credential, industry, or duty because it appears in a target posting.

If the profile is vague, the match will be less useful. Specific facts give the system more information to compare with a posting.

2. Set the city you can use

Job Radar prefers the candidate city. Enter a location you can genuinely use for the search. Then inspect the work arrangement on every result. The full corpus contains more onsite and hybrid jobs than remote jobs, so remote-only preferences can narrow the usable set.

3. Run Find jobs for me

Start the search from Job Radar. The free option includes one promotional search, 10 cards, and 5 readable cards. The remaining cards are locked. Pro includes the first run plus daily new unique jobs, up to 50 readable cards, and Generate CV on a match.

The chat can browse jobs already on your board. It does not start a new corpus search. Use Find jobs for me when you need a fresh search.

4. Review the shortlist in score order

Open the strongest plausible matches first. Check the posting, location, work arrangement, and requirements. Then decide whether to apply, save the role for later review, or remove it from your list.

5. Tailor only from evidence

When you tailor a CV, use facts from your profile and the job you are targeting. Make relevant experience easy to find. Do not paste every phrase from the JD into your CV. Do not claim missing experience.

Pro users can select Generate CV on a readable match. The flow starts with the match and writes from profile facts, then provides a PDF export and an ATS read against that JD. You can also start at YourUnique.cv or sign up for the trial to prepare your profile and CV.

What to do when a score looks wrong

First, check the input. Is the profile current? Is the city correct? Does the posting actually describe the kind of work you want? Is the role still active?

Next, compare the posting with your evidence. A score can be affected by a missing detail that is present in your experience but absent from your profile. Add the fact to your profile if it is true. Do not add it if you have not done the work.

If you found the role yourself, test it one posting at a time with Resume vs Job Match. The Free Tools pages scan files and text for the result. They do not rewrite the CV, and the PDF scan is not saved to an account.

Apply-today checklist

  • Update your career profile with accurate facts.
  • Set a city you can genuinely use.
  • Run Job Radar and use Find jobs for me.
  • Wait for the email that says the board is ready.
  • Review the company, location, workplace type, score, and posting link on each card.
  • Open the live ATS posting before applying.
  • Check requirements, work authorization, schedule, and application instructions.
  • Tailor your CV using facts you can support.
  • Do not add missing skills just to raise a match score.
  • Use Generate CV on a readable match if you are a Pro user.
  • Submit the application on the live company or ATS page.
  • Record the role and application date so you can follow up.

The practical goal is a smaller, better-ordered application list. Search live public ATS postings, inspect the fit behind each score, and apply where your profile supports the work.

Questions

How does Job Radar match my resume to jobs?
[Job Radar](https://yourunique.cv/job-radar) uses the same career profile used by the resume agent. You run Find jobs for me, and it filters, ranks, and scores live public ATS postings against that profile.
Does Job Radar search LinkedIn or Indeed?
No. Job Radar searches public company career pages and ATS boards, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Rippling, Personio, and similar sources. It does not ingest LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or Workday.
Is the Job Radar score the employer's Workday or Greenhouse score?
No. The score is a hire-fit read against the posting based on your profile. It is not the number produced by an employer's Workday, Greenhouse, or another recruiting system.
Can I test one job description without searching a large job corpus?
Yes. Use [Resume vs Job Match](https://yourunique.cv/free-tools/resume-job-match) with a resume PDF and one job description. It reports fit, overlapping skills, and gaps. It does not rewrite your CV.
Can Job Radar generate a CV for a match?
Pro users can use Generate CV on a readable match. The CV starts from profile facts and the selected posting, then includes an ATS read against that job description.
